Sarah E. Martel, Associate


Sarah E. Martel is an associate with extensive and diverse experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.† Ms. Martel represents a wide variety of buyers and sellers of cooperative apartments, condominiums, and single family residences owned and utilized as residences and investment properties. Ms. Martel focuses on the individual needs and concerns of her clients, from sophisticated investors to first time home buyers, working closely with real estate brokers and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth and seamless transactions. Ms. Martelís experience extends to commercial real estate matters, wherein she represents buyers and sellers on the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, including multiple family dwellings, shopping centers, office buildings and unimproved property being acquired for commercial and residential development. Ms. Martel also has experience in the organization and management of limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations.† While attending Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Martel held a judicial internship position for the Honorable Bernard J. Fried, Justice for the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, giving her specialized insight into contractual matters and business transactions.
